Returns & Exhange

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return the products purchased directly from Polyver Sweden® website. Please use the return form and shipping label enclosed in the package for a free return. We will refund you via your original form of payment as soon as we have received the returned goods. If you
purchased your Polyver ® products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or website from which they were purchased. Check and follow the steps of that store's return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition as you received them, in the original packaing and with the original labels still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return if the goods are not in their original condition. When using the enclosed shipping label, returns are free of charge.

If you wish to change boot model or size, you return the item with the return form and shipping label enclosed in the package and place a new order for the new item
on the Polyver Sweden® website. We will refund you via your original form of payment as soon as we receive the return.

Returns

To return an item, follow these steps

Our goal is for you as a customer to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Sometimes, however, you may need to return an item. If you wish to return an item bought in our webshop, please follow the steps below.

1. Fill out the
return form that came with the package (if you can't find it download and save it here), and state the reason for the return. Then send the
form in the package with the return.

2. Repack the
goods you want to return in their original packaging together with the return
form and package well.

3. Use the
attached shipping label for a free return and then drop off your package at the
nearest DHL Collect Point. Shipping costs where the included free shipping
label is not used are non-refundable.

Please keep a proof of postage; we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received. If you for some reason cannot find the return form and shipping label, please contact our customer service to have them sent by e-mail. You reach them at customer.service@polyversweden.com You will then need to drop your package at the nearest DHL Collect Point as stated above.

4Once we receive your return, it will be processed as soon as possible.

Defective products

To claim a defective product bought in our webshop, please contact us at Polyver® in the first instance for information on how to proceed. We ask that you start by sending us photos, taken in daylight and in good focus, clearly showing the
damage to customer.service@polyversweden.com

For complaints about products purchased from one of our retailers, in physical stores, etc. we ask that you contact the place of purchase.

Force majeure
Polyver Sweden is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill any obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as described below and the circumstance complicates, prevents or delays fulfillment. As liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. a government action or omission, new or changed
legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities’ decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.

Disclaimer
Polyver Sweden reserves the right to make typographical errors and changes to technical data
beyond our control. For technical reasons, it can be difficult to reproduce exact color shades on, among other things, textiles and other products. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to write, call or e-mail your questions to us.

Unwanted product
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product in time. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied via the original payment method. Shipping costs where the included free shipping label is not used are non-refundable.
