Shipping fee -
shipping fee will be added with €15 for orders under €80.
Delivery time -
Estimated delivery time is about 5 - 10 working days. If an ordered item is back listed, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time to approve later delivery or cancel the order.
Delivery delays -
can occur, for example, when a supplier is unable to fulfill its delivery obligations to us. If this occurs, we disclaim liability to the customer for the damage caused by the delay. We always inform the customer if the delivery time deviates significantly from the one we have stated.
We use DHL Servicepoint when we send goods. If the goods are lost or you discover on receipt that the consignment is damaged during transport, you must immediately report this to the relevant carrier. If the carrier does not assume liability for damage, please contact us.
We ship products within UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (metropolitan – not islands, Corsica, etc), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (metropolitan – not islands Sardinia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.- Together with our shipping partner, we are responsible for the transport risk, ie say the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of return to us.
To return items, follow these steps -
Our goal is that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. However occasionally you may need to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the steps bellow.
1. Complete the Returns form (download and save it here), stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange, please give details of the replacement (model, colour and size when applicable).
2. Package (repack goods in their original packaging) the items you want to return along with the invoice, the Return form and seal it carefully.
3. Send the package to our Swedish factory at the following address:

Please keep a proof of postage; we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received.
Contact our customer service to receive a Return Label via email at email@example.com. You will then need to drop your package at the nearest DHL Collect Point.
4. Once we received your return in our factory, it will be processed as soon as possible.
Online returns and exchange policy -
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange the products purchased directly from Polyver Sweden® website and we will refund your original form of payment.
If you purchased your Polyver ® products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or site they purchased from. See and follow the steps of that store's return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, with the original labels still attached and in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to process your claim if the goods are not in the original condition.
In case of an unwanted product, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item; shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you choose to send back your product using our return label, a fee of €14,7 for return freight will be drown from the refund payment.
Refund payments will be made using the same payment method you used to make the initial purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
If you would like to change the size of your product, we’ll happily arrange an exchange for you. As soon as we received and inspected your return and if the conditions above are respected, we will send you the new order. In this case, Polyver® offers you the new shipping costs.
Unwanted product -
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product on time. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective products -
To return these products, please contact Polyver® in the first instance for details of how to proceed. By mail, send us clear images including views of the damage at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Force Majeure -
Polyver Sweden is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill any obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance complicates, prevents or delays fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered to be i.a. a government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities’ decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.
Polyver Sweden reserves the right to make typographical errors and changes to technical data beyond our control. For technical reasons, it can be difficult to reproduce exact color shades on, among other things, textiles and other products.
