Returns & Exhange
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order, to return the products purchased directly from Polyver Sweden® website. Please use the return form and shipping label enclosed in the package for a free return. We will refund you via your original form of payment as soon as we have received the returned goods. If you
purchased your Polyver ® products at a retail store or from other websites, these products must be returned to the original store or website from which they were purchased. Check and follow the steps of that store's return policy.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and undamaged, in the same condition as you received them, in the original packaing and with the original labels still attached. Unfortunately, we cannot process your return if the goods are not in their original condition. When using the enclosed shipping label, returns are free of charge.
If you wish to change boot model or size, you return the item with the return form and shipping label enclosed in the package and place a new order for the new item
on the Polyver Sweden® website. We will refund you via your original form of payment as soon as we receive the return.
Returns
We ship products within UK, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France (metropolitan – not islands, Corsica, etc), Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (metropolitan – not islands Sardinia), Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.- Together with our shipping partner, we are responsible for the transport risk, ie say the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transport from our warehouse to you. You and the transport company bear the risk in the event of return to us.
To return items, follow these steps -
Our goal is that our customers are fully satisfied with their online purchases. However occasionally you may need to return an item. If you are not completely satisfied, please follow the steps bellow.
1. Complete the Returns form
• Sweden/EU: download and save it here
• Norway: download and save it here
stating whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you choose to exchange, please give details of the replacement (model, colour and size when applicable).
2. Package (repack goods in their original packaging) the items you want to return along with the invoice, the Return form and seal it carefully.
3. Send the package to us using the instructions in the return form.
Please keep a proof of postage; we cannot issue refunds for items we have not received.
OR
Contact our customer service to receive a Return Label via our contact form You will then need to drop your package at the nearest DHL Collect Point.
4. Once we received your return in our factory, it will be processed as soon as possible.
Online returns and exchange policy -
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return or exchange the products purchased directly from Polyver Sweden® website and we will refund your original form of payment.

In case of a model exchange or an unwanted product, you are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item; shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you choose to send back your product using our return label, a fee of €14,7 for return freight will be drown from the refund payment.
Refund payments will be made using the same payment method you used to make the initial purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Exchange -
If you would like to change the size of your product, we’ll happily arrange an exchange for you. As soon as we received and inspected your return and if the conditions above are respected, we will send you the new order. In this case, Polyver® offers you the new shipping costs.
Unwanted product -
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the product on time. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective products -
To return these products, please contact Polyver® in the first instance for details of how to proceed. By mail, send us clear images including views of the damage at our contact form
Force Majeure -
Polyver Sweden is exempt from penalty for failure to fulfill any obligation in this agreement if the failure is based on liberating circumstances as below and the circumstance complicates, prevents or delays fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered to be i.a. a government action or omission, new or changed legislation, conflict in the labor market, blockade, strike, fire or flood, sabotage or major accident. Force majeure also includes authorities’ decisions that negatively affect the market and products, such as restrictions, warnings, sales bans, etc.

Polyver Sweden reserves the right to make typographical errors and changes to technical data beyond our control. For technical reasons, it can be difficult to reproduce exact color shades on, among other things, textiles and other products. If you have any questions, you are always welcome to write, call or e-mail your questions to us.
Defective products
To claim a defective product bought in our webshop, please contact us at Polyver® in the first instance for information on how to proceed. We ask that you start by sending us photos, taken in daylight and in good focus, clearly showing the damage via our contact form.
For complaints about products purchased from one of our retailers, in physical stores, etc. we ask that you contact the place of purchase.
